Leadership and management is part of Dr. Paul Standal’s growth and development program, providing coaching skills for managerial success. Leadership success requires the ability to motivate others as well as self-management with effective adaptability and an understanding of different styles of authoritarian verses democratic supervision and decision making.

Dr. Standal teaches key principles of leadership, hints for maintaining an effective work environment. In order to maintain or enhance self-esteem in the working environment, he helps both supervisors and workers understand the principles that reinforce validation in meeting emotional needs in the workplace. He also teaches conflict, stress management and ways of avoiding burnout with time management.

He teaches ways to acknowledge good thinking, ideas and the accomplishments of others, while providing sincere, positive regard for others, especially providing hints for effective meetings.
